The Boatshed @ Daleys is one of the most private and exclusive properties located on Brisbane Waters. It is also a haven for boaties and watercraft enthusiasts as this home features deep waterfront with its own jetty, multiple berthing for vessels up to 65ft and space to tie up jetskis.
The space-
Located in/on beautiful Brisbane waters with amazing sunsets and views of the Bouddi National Park.
Access to the main house, with 4 bedrooms (sleeping 8), is memorable with a simple ride in an inclinator, that allows the rider to enjoy water views down to the main residence. From the main house, it is a stroll down a sandstone path dotted with fruit trees to the boatshed.
Character filled boatshed sleeping an additional 2 adults + 2 children with small queen bunks and just outside, gas BBQ, cooktop, sink and dishwasher and the commercial grade wood fired pizza oven which leads on to your own private jetty.
There is an abundance of sea life, (including a resident seal) such as, fish - whiting, jew, king, snapper, bream and crabs. All these species can be caught straight off the jetty.
With luxurious extras in the main house such as, 4-person heated spa on the deck, ducted air conditioning, internal fireplace and fully equipped kitchen, your holiday will be comfortable, relaxing and smooth sailing!

* Sleeps 12 guests - maximum 10 Adults, 8 in main residence and 2 adults + 2 children in Boat shed

- Main bedroom includes a king bed and ensuite
- The 2nd bedroom includes a double bed
- 3rd bedroom includes two 2 single beds.
- The lower level contains a bedroom with double bed plus additional living space/ parent or teenage retreat, bathroom with laundry facilities.
* Internal wood fire for cozy nights or ducted air conditioning for those balmy days.
* The boat shed is separate to the main residence at the bottom of the property with small queen bunk bed sleeping 2 adults + 2 children, bathroom, alfresco dining, kitchenette with gas BBQ, cook top, dishwasher & commercial grade wood fire pizza oven.
* Private Jetty -multiple berthing for up to 65ft boats and jetskis.

*5-minute drive to Ettalong where you can hang at the beach, grab a coffee or dine at some of the best restaurants on the Central Coast (including 2 hatted restaurants – Saffran and Osteria il Coccia as well as the famous Bells at Killcare).
• 5 minute drive to Ettalong Cinema, markets and galleria.
* 5 minute drive to Ettalong to Palm beach ferry. A beautiful day trip over to Palm Beach to experience the renowned Barrenjoey House restaurant and Barrenjoey Lighthouse walk.
• 10 minute drive to Killcare Beach, cafés and restaurants.
* Linen provided, just bring your pool/ beach towels.
* Pet allowed through request only - strictly to be kept off furniture, carpet and beds. $50 pet allowance to be added. Please do not book if you have pets that sleep on beds, any additional cleaning will be charged to the guest.
