The Space:
Welcome to your dream coastal getaway! This pocket of paradise is a simply just a short stroll away from Shelly Beach, offering an ideal base and relaxed atmosphere for your next holiday.
As you enter the apartment, you will first notice the open-plan living, kitchen and dining area characterised by beautiful blue accents and tasteful touches. The dining table, lounge area and island bench seating provide plenty of options to sit back and enjoy the company of family and friends. Equipped with a nespresso coffee machine and many other utensils and appliances, the kitchen is capable of catering to your every culinary need. The lounge room features a smart tv with access to applications including Netflix which is ideal for those quiet nights spent inside watching movies. The entire open-plan area is illuminated by the natural light let inside by the windows. These windows invite the blue backdrop of the nearby ocean into the apartment as well as the sound of crashing waves and beautiful sea breezes. Outside you will find a private patio with an alfresco setting, perfect for entertaining and enjoying those spectacular sunsets.
Inside, the bedroom and bathroom configuration is as follows:
Bedroom one (Master): Complete with a comfortable king bed, this room has access to the private balcony.
Bathroom one (Ensuite): Vanity, toilet and shower.
Bedroom two: This room features a plush queen bed.
Bedroom three: This room is complete with a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top.
Bathroom two: Vanity, toilet, shower and bathtub.
The apartment is cooled by ducted air-conditioning and there are also fans in every room.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment along with space to park two cars in the double garage.

Located in very close proximity to Shelly Beach, the home is just meters away from the sand. The closest patrolled beaches are Kings and Dicky Beach, both of which are a short drive away. The home is located within walking distance to Moffat Beach where there is an abundance of cafes, restaurants and shops. There is also a hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema, boat ramp and skateparks all within driving distance. Shelly Beach is perfectly positioned with access to local parks and playgrounds, plus kilometres of walking and cycling tracks are right outside the unit.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
