The home faces east, with the main bedrooms, office, and entertainment areas enjoying the spectacular sunrise view over the pacific ocean. The entertainer kitchen, day bed, outdoor BBQ and dining area, enjoy a northerley aspect with views over Watson Park.

There is a 2 car lock up garage and plenty of off street parking. The Moffat Beach cafes are only a 10 minute stroll away. There is a park across the road that takes up a neighbourhood block. It has informal paths that weave through the native bushland.
The Neighborhood:
Shelly Beach is a wide, sandy, unpatrolled beach that curves between the two headlands of Moffat and Kings Beach. It is a quiet, peaceful place to explore, and is the nesting place for local turtles. There is a large park of native bushland across the road that sits on the southern face of Moffat Headland. Take a walk up to the top of Moffat Headland to see the stunning view (and the migrating humpback whales between July - October), and wander back along the informal pathways meandering through the park.
It is also a short stroll to the many cafes and shops at Moffat Beach.
Getting Around:
The Coastal Pathway from Golden Beach in the South to Currimundi in the North runs past the front of the house. It is a 10 minute stroll to the cafes at Moffat Beach.
