Up to 12 guests (max 8 adults & 4 children) are invited to stay in this home across four bedrooms. On the first floor, bedroom one is outfitted with a luxurious queen bed with a cloud-like mattress and dressed in resplendently comfortable linens. With an impressively sized wardrobe, convenient ensuite, and access to the balcony, whoever gets this room will truly feel like the master of the home. On the same floor is bedroom two and three, both decked out with comfortable beds and high-quality linens, as well as built-in-robes, meaning there’s plenty of room for all your luggage and the souvenirs that you pick up during your stay in the most coveted area of NSW. Bedroom three also has access to a private balcony. On the ground floor, an additional bedroom is outfitted with an ensuite.

The double garage has been converted into a games room, so head down there and fire up some friendly competition with a game of air hockey! As an added bonus, there are also two kayaks available for use, which can be launched from a slipway in the backyard into the water.

Getting Around:
There is free parking on the premises with additional free parking on the street. For an easy and enjoyable stay, it is recommended that guests have access to a car.

Sleeping Arrangements: He home strictly only accommodates 8 adults and 4 children. We do NOT accept bookings for 12 adults.
Safety: Please note that the rear of the property is unfenced and backs directly onto the water, children must be supervised at all times There is also an elevated verandah.
Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved.
