Inside, the air-conditioned open-plan living area centres around a log fire with comfortable lounge seating and a smart TV catering to your evening entertainment. Sliding doors flow through to an expansive balcony with leafy outlooks and a lounge suite perfect for sipping a glass of wine at sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and a large pantry. The island bench provides additional bar seating for four, while formal meals can be enjoyed around the timber table seating all eight guests. A deck extends from the dining area. It overlooks the grassy backyard and houses a BBQ grill with ample space to dine alfresco. A kids' retreat is located on the entry-level, featuring a TV room that opens to a small courtyard, ideal for games or movie nights.
The primary suite is a private retreat with a king-sized bed, smart TV, desk, ceiling fan and walk-in robe offering ample storage.
