A recently built beautiful peaceful oasis, 2 minutes until your feet are in the sands of Tallow beach. Relax on the timber deck, which has an outdoor shower, BBQ, and outdoor seating . Inside the studio has Tasmanian oak floors, a super comfortable king-sized bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, modern bathroom, and good-sized kitchen. Koala queen sofa bed is also available. It's perfectly suited for a couple, small family or solo travellers. Furry family members are also welcome. The studio is newly built with lovely finishes including beautiful tiles , copper tapware and sinks. The studio has a smart Sony TV, Nespresso coffee machine, large ceiling fan & air conditioning. The garden has a beautiful frangipani and ample seating. There is a separate enclosed shared laundry space between two studios with a Washer Dryer and large drying space. Perfectly suited for a couple. May be suited to a couple with small children as a Koala queen fold out sofa bed is also available. Parking 1 min walk away. Ample free parking is available on Clifford & Hayter street. A few metres from the studio. There is also a local bus service which runs between Suffolk Park and Byron Bay should you wish to leave the car at home. Your host is available by mobile phone. Suffolk Park is nestled right next to the spectacular 6.5km long Tallows beach. 'Suffolk' has ample amenities within a short walk for your convenience. There is a popular bakery which also serves local coffee and a variety of breads and fresh foods. The 'suffo' pub has a large menu selection, including healthy choices & a bottle shop. There are three small restaurants for dining in/takeaway including an Italian, Indian & Mexican. A small 'Spar' supermarket and post office are all within the same area. Byron Bay is 5km/8 mins by car. There is also a new, flat bike track taking you all the way from Suffolk to Byron, just 25mins of pedal power. The property is dog friendly however, please be mindful as any damage or additional cleaning caused by your pet will be charged through the AirBnB platform after your stay. The owner lives on-site with small dogs. All areas are private, with the exception of a communal laundry that is shared with an adjoining studio.
