Positive: The location was great. A super short walk to a gorgeous beach. Quiet neighbourhood. Beautiful views from the balcony - for both sunny and rainy days. Comfortable lounge and dining seating. Plenty of seating on the balcony for warm days. The kitchen is large and useful for family cooking time. Plenty of plates, bowls, cups, glassware, and cutlery for at least 10 people. Large pantry to put away all our shopping for the week-long stay. The smart TV had all the popular apps which we could log into using our personal accounts. Reliable home WIFI. There were two vacuum cleaners which was very handy. The hosts were flexible and accommodating and communication was prompt and effective.

Negative: Though there were plenty of pots and pans for cooking all kinds of meals, a number of them were not in a very good condition which made cooking a little difficult. The electric stove was quite temperamental and the heat distribution was not consistent. The rangehood fan was weak and didn't manage the steam, odor, etc. Instead, we opened windows and balcony door. The soundbar remote didn't have any batteries. Even when we put some new ones in, still couldn't get the soundbar to work. We unfortunately also couldn't utilize the coffee machine because it was broken. So we used the provided instant coffee instead. The address should indicate that the house is on O'Sullivan beach.

Summary: A pleasant stay with friends and family over the Easter in this comfortable beachside home.
