Our great stylish home is filled with character and a sense of tranquility whilst only being a stones throw from everything we love about Juc. Clifftop walks and surfing iconic breaks is only a short stroll away, while the Reserve with a fabulous kids park, football oval, bike track and more is just across the road! The house itself has some lovely features with hardwood flooring, great beds, a lovely balcony for afternoon wine and a great sized garden with fire pit and outdoor shower!
The space is perfectly set up for families and couples with the master and ensuite being tucked away from the other bedroom, giving everyone some relaxation. The garden is very private and filled with mature trees and fruit trees if you stay in the right season; homegrown lemons, peaches and figs. The outdoor entertaining area is comfortable and perfect for star gazing whilst sat around the outdoor fire, please note it`s BYO on wood and there is no BBQ.
