Our Story
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We’re Nico and David, and we fell in love with this quiet stretch of Rocky Point the first morning we watched the sun rise over the Coral Sea. Since buying the house in 2023, we’ve spent two years turning it into the beach house we always wanted to share. The tropical garden fills with butterflies, the spa looks straight out to sea, and the beach is only a minute away. We hope it becomes a place for slow mornings, shared meals and evenings around the fire with the people you love.
