(1 queen, double beds in bedroom 2 and 3, 1 double bed and one single in 4th bedroom. 3 x Inverter Air Conditioners (heating and cooling), large selection of DVD’s, Garage with remote doors and direct access to the house. Gas Log Fire , Go ahead and indulge yourself. 3 separate outdoor sitting areas, BBQ, 8 seater outdoor setting plus 2 seater cafe setting, 2 outdoor lounges and hot/cold outdoor shower. 2 min walk to public tennis courts/playground
Local Attractions
Torquay is famous for its surf beach, but also has an expansive protected front beach which is ideal for families. The grassed foreshore reserve has picnic/BBQ facilities and shady trees.
Torquay has many attractions beyond the beach, including Surfworld Museum, Tigermoth World, local wineries and of course, it is the gateway to The Great Ocean
