The Space
The spacious home has a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living room has a comfortable couch, smart TV and woodfire. There is a dining table with seating for 8 guests which opens onto the patio area. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and a breakfast bar at the kitchen counter.
Experience unparalleled comfort throughout the year with ducted reverse cycle air conditioning ensuring optimal temperatures regardless of the season. During the cooler months, cozy up beside the woodfire, adding a touch of warmth and ambiance to your evenings. A bluetooth audio system is installed throughout the house.
The master bedroom is light and bright with view to the backyard, a king size bed and ensuite with bathtub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 and 3 each have a queen bed and bedroom 4 has two singles, perfect for the kids or two friends sharing. These bedrooms share a main bathroom with separate shower. There is a large laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer which is perfect for those longer stays.
The garage features special mountain bike storage and the popular mountain bike trials are only a 10 minute ride from the house!
