Set one corner back from the wilds of Bass Strait on a gorgeous and sheltered 600 square meter block is Foam Street Beach Shack. Stroll 80 meters from the front gate and you’ll arrive at Sunderland Bay. Everything in the house has your relaxation in mind. This original beach shack (once owned by Shirl from rock bank, Skyhooks), has been tenderly restored. It is luxurious, cosy and inviting all at once. Foam Street Studio is a perfect fit for couples and small families looking to unwind, recharge and reconnect by the beach.
The space
New orthopaedic mattresses are fitted in each room, cotton sheets, a 6 seater Plush sofa, Noritake plates and bowls, German knives, Baccarat cookware, Smeg and Fisher & Paykel appliances, original artwork, new merbau decking front and back, a retiled floor and fireplace and a fresh coat of paint, all adding to the charm of Foam Street Studio. While chilling, JBL speakers with accompanying subwoofer, and a recently unboxed 55 inch LG flatscreen bring the cinema experience directly to you. Unlimited Wifi is also included. Finally, a full size fridge, dish washer, washing machine, dryer and hair dryer makes sure that being on holiday is a total breeze.
Foam Street Studio sleeps five people comfortably. The master features a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a single over double bunk. There is ample storage for your belongings in each of the two rooms.
The master double bedroom looks out on to an all native garden, providing great privacy and shade in summer. In fact, the entire property is nestled amongst mature trees and foliage that offers visitors seclusion and peace.
For winter months, an indoor combustion heater adds that special warmth, comfort and atmosphere.
There are surfboards in the shed which are available upon request. A foamy for beginners and kids and a Hayden Shapes thruster for the more advanced. Let us know if you would like to borrow these items and we’ll see to it.

The entire property is yours. There is off street parking for three standard vehicles. The corner block with plenty of frontage ensures that your guests and loved ones are never looking for a spot or disrupting neighbours.

There are host drawers/shelves labelled in the property. We ask that you respect these spaces and their contents.
Foam street is a non smoking, pet free, shoes off abode. There are blankets on the couch, so if you want to put your feet up, please just place these under your soles.
We have found that a light sweep every other day keeps the house feeling super fresh. And it takes all of 2 minutes. You’ll also find a new Dyson vacuum cleaner in the European laundry to assist you. Lastly, the house breathes beautifully. If you open up the front, back and side doors, the sea breeze will gently float through all day.
