Outside provides a courtyard with table and chairs, a cosy egg-chair and a gas bbq.
Guests have full use of the complex facilities including the outdoor swimming pool, tennis court,
play ground, putting & chipping greens. We have tennis rackets and balls for guests to use.
The house has everything you need however if there is something you believe is missing please
dont hesitate to let us know. Included items however not limited to are iron, ironing board, wash
basket, child safety gates, hair dryer, full equipped kitchen, luxurious
bedding and towels, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and so much more.
The house is located a minute walk to the sands golf course club house and leisure facilities
which have cafe, bar, restaurant, indoor pool, spa and gym. Just a short 10 minute walk to a
gorgeous beach and a short drive to loads of cafes, restaurants, bars, wineries & breweries.

Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks, golf course, beach. Parking available in a single car space, plus 1 x visitor carpark adjacent (please don’t park in anyone else’s spot).

Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Torquay is 1 hour 15 mins by car from Melbourne.
