Driftwood is a beautifully appointed 2 bedroom/1 bathroom elevated tropical home, situated on the picturesque cliff front of Andreas Ave.
This property is family orientated as the beach is easily accessible.
WiFi is included as well as a TV in each room
Driftwood is situated on the waterfront with access to the beach.
The house has 2 bedrooms with a queen and 2 singles, (as a bunk bed) in each room.
The living area has a kitchenette with modern gas stove/oven, family size fridge, microwave and all the utensils needed for a comfortable stay.
The downstairs bathroom/toilet also has a washing machine and dryer in the room.
Underneath the house is another outdoor setting, fridge, BBQ, pool table and dartboard.
The Deck is a perfect spot to sit back and relax after a day of fishing or exploring, to watch the beautiful top end sunsets over the water.
There is a great little fireplace to sit around when the weather permits.
The property has plenty of turnaround for those boats you may bring to go fishing.
One of the many features is the shady vegetation, including frangipanis, beach hibiscus, beauty leaf trees and coconut palms.
A substantial fire pit surrounded by pavers is perfect for a camp oven (bring your own) or wood BBQ with grate, where you can cook up you catch of mud crabs
You can enjoy the cool sea breeze while sitting on the elevated front deck enjoying the spectacular top end sunsets. A pedestal and floor fan are available if the breeze drops off.
The house sleeps 8 comfortably with 2 doubles and 2 sets of single bunk beds. The 2 bedrooms are air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout.
The house is fully equipped for all your needs to have an enjoyable stay.
The kitchen has all the electrical appliances, crockery, cutlery and pots and pans that you need. A large fridge, microwave and modern gas stove. If you prefer a hooded gas BBQ is situated downstairs.
There is an indoor dining table and lounge but most people prefer to use the outdoor dining setting on the deck, which seats six.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
CAMPING-Definitely no camping on the property.
SMOKING- Absolutely not in the house, downstairs away from the house only.
PETS- Must be arranged when booking.
LINEN-Linen is included for your stay
BOOKINGS- A minimum of two nights is required on two day weekends or through the week. three nights on long weekends.
Easter we require four nights.
Check in time is after 2 pm. There may be times where we have a quick turnover so will have to ask that your check in is after 3pm. You will be advised of this if needed.
Check out is by 10am.
