Positive: It was clean on arrival. Lived the pool and the air con.

Negative: The beds were rock hard and as uncomfortable as i have ever experienced. There was no basic cleaning supplies for example floor cleaner and surface spray. Barely any dishwashing tablets or toilet paper for a 3 day stay let alone 8! The drainage backed up putting a bad smell through the house also. We werent able to mop the floors properly or clean the dishes as the dishwasher would not drain. There was no clothes horse to hang clothes in the wet and we had one set of towels for everyone with no way to dry them when it was raining. The bins were full on our arrival and so we had to store the rubbish until they were emptied. Rats and cockroaches were both present in the home and yard.
