Amazing Maylands! Relax and unwind in this peaceful apartment, in a quiet building. Great for singles, couples or families. An oasis in the heart of Maylands, a fun suburb close to the CBD but with great nearby bars, restaurants, cafes and shops, whilst still being a step away from nature on the doorstep of the Swan River. Close to many parks and excellent playgrounds (let our 4yr old give you some recommendations!).
The Leafy Nook is a beautifully styled, comfortable apartment, with a generous balcony and many plants inside and outside. Airy and bright with beautiful natural light in the living spaces.
The dining space is light and comfortable. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. The lounge room has a large, comfortable couch, and some beautiful eggplant wing armchairs accompanying a stacked bookshelf complete with kids and adults books and board games. Other kids toys are available in drawers under the tv. Families and children are very welcome.
The three bedrooms are small but not snug. The main bedroom with a queen bed opens onto the wrap-around balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed and a view out the window, of the trees across the balcony. The two main bedrooms have a small closet. The third bedroom has a work/study desk and a king single bed that can come apart into two mattresses to accommodate six guests all up. (Please let us know if you require this option). The bathroom has both a bath and a shower.
Cosy in winter, with evaporative air conditioning in summer (not refrigerative).
Free parking available in the carport or on the street.
