Unwind and relax with this recently renovated cute country two bedroom cottage for families and pooches (Max 2 dogs).
"Wallawa on Hilltop" is surrounded by 12 acres of bushland 20 minutes from Kingaroy and Nanango. Wallawa means "stop and rest here"
The expansive deck overlooks the Bunya Mountains, surrounding countryside and the brightness of the Southern cross and Milky Way. This area is peaceful, secluded with wildlife to sit back and enjoy. You'll instantly feel at home in this cosy space.
The space
The cottage best suits a family of 4 or 5 or two couples. The open plan living area is enhanced by beautiful sliding French Bi fold doors, opening onto an expansive deck. Its a definite WOW factor with plenty of spots to hideaway with a good book. You will find it hard to decide between the gorgeous timber slab brekky bar, the Redgum picnic table under the Ironbark tree, or maybe around the firepit, the super comfy outdoor lounge or the Adirondack chairs to watch the wildlife go by. There is a lovely cool breeze most days and the sunsets are stunning with a glass of a local red or white.
Guest access
The whole cottage is all yours, as is the 12 acres surrounding you, to explore at your own leisure. There's a fully fenced house yard to keep kids and pooches safe. There's a covered carport for your vehicle and space for your caravan right alongside with an outdoor power source. In the undercover carport we have installed the latest Tesla Wall Connector EV fast charger, that is compatible with all EV's.

Relax and do nothing. Bring your hiking boots or old shoes….Wallawa has a 1km walking track around the property. Please note: the track is a bit steep, rocky and slippery under foot heading down to the back of the property so take care. There’s two sets of adjustable hiking poles on the deck for guests to use.
