Clemandtines Vintage Beach House is a boutique style accommodation property, quite unique in the area.

The home hales from the 1960’s era complete with lofty high ceilings, Jarrah floor boards and oodles of shady verandas to relax under. Lovingly furnished and presented with an ambience of both coastal and French provincial themes, every room features beautiful furniture and décor items, many of which have been reclaimed and restored.
Quality soft furnishings, Hamptons style plantation shutters, quality linen and towels, plumped up beds with soft pillows and beautiful quilts are just a few of the homes little luxuries.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a large family kitchen plus a spacious dining area and good size lounge room compete with leather lounges.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed
Bedroom 3 has a double and a single bed (there is also a single fold a bed).
Bathroom 1 is a semi ensuite bathroom with shower, separate WC and vanity.
Bathroom 2 features a free standing bath with shower, vanity and WC.
For larger groups or singles we can include Clemandtines Vintage Beach Studio, which sleeps 2 and or Clemandtines Vintage Beach Cottage which sleeps 4, totaling 5/6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 and 1 kitchenette.
Outside there is a large covered alfresco entertaining area with gas BBQ, outdoor sink and large table with cane chairs. The grounds of the property consist of 1600sqm of landscaped lawns and gardens with fruit trees and even our own miniature vineyard. There is plenty of parking is available.
If you like to wake to birds singing, hear the waves crashing, stroll the gardens with your cup of tea in the mornings, then this is the place for you.
We provide all linen, blankets and towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped should you want to prepare meals at home.
We have an enormous selection of DVD's.

BINNINGUP BEACH
In the Shire of Harvey and at the start of the South West wine region Binningup is just 1.5 hours from Perth and offers a relaxing beachside holiday experience with easy access to the South Wests many tourist attractions.
Nestled amongst local farms the drive to Binningup is a picturesque one, past grass feed beef and dairy cows, fields with wildlife and kangaroos and if you're lucky you will see them around the town.
The main beach is great for swimming, surfing and snorkeling, 4 wheel driving, beach fishing and boating is permitted on part of the beach and dogs are also allowed. There is also a boat launch.
The house is walking distance to the beach, surf/fishing club, shop, playground, oval and skate park. The cycle paths around the area make it easy to get to the beach by foot or bike.
The Ferguson Valley is a delightful day out for lunch and wine tasting with Bunbury about 20 minutes away, great for shopping and its many popular restaurants. Bunbury is also famous for its dolphins, certain times of the year the dolphins often swim near the Binningup shores.
