The open plan living spills out through French doors on to a private spacious veranda, overlooking a large secure entertaining outdoor space with a relaxing cottage garden. An Ideal getaway for couples, families and their loyal canine companions .The cottage is situated in a prime location, with being walking distance to the local dog beach and cafes. Our garden allows for tranquil and sensual experience, either laying on the hammock or relaxing on the grass.
All the rooms are situated off the main open plan living space. The two main bedrooms Queen / Double open on to a rear north facing veranda surrounded by trees. The third bedroom twin is situated at the front in a quiet peaceful nook.
Yanchep Lagoon beach is a family favourite just a 10 min stroll, it offers a protected beach area and a safe swimming space. The inner reef offers a sheltered area particularly for children and also great for snorkelling. Enjoy the beachfront Orion Café for morning coffee & a dip or watch the sun go down in the evening having dinner . plenty of picnic spots grassed areas surround the lagoon .
Yanchep National Park is located 5.0km from the cottage ,the park has lots of walking trails.
Koalas can be viewed along the koala boardwalk .Have a beverage in the Heritage listed Yanchep Inn .
Yanchep Sun City 18 hole golf course is a 7 min drive for a challenging game of golf , finish on the 19th hole over looking the course with a refreshing drink at the the Sun City Country Club.
Two Rocks Marina is a great place for boating fishing and other various water activities, great spot for the dogs and kids to have a swim while you fish off the jetty .
