The Space:
Kolora Lake House feels like exhale. A spacious, single-level home set on the edge of Kolora Lake in Yamba, it’s all about relaxed living and effortless entertaining. Step inside and you’ll find a light-filled open plan layout, cool tiled floors, and generous living spaces that invite you to unwind together or claim your own quiet corner.
The heart of the home is a large family kitchen made for sharing – whether it’s morning pancakes or a long, lazy dinner that lingers late into the night. The living and dining spaces spill seamlessly onto a broad outdoor entertaining area where the lake stretches out before you.
In the mornings, launch the kayak or SUP straight from the backyard and explore the calm water. Kolora Lake has approximately 15 metres of shallow swim zone at the rear of the home. Later, stretch out in the sunshine or curl up with a book and listen to the waterbirds.
There are four comfortable bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite and tranquil lake views
Bedroom 2 & 3: Queen beds
Bedroom 4: Two single beds – perfect for kids or friends
A large family bathroom features a deep tub for long soaks, and all bathrooms are stocked with Leif bath products for a little touch of indulgence. Quality bedding and bathroom linen are provided for every stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of the home, including the kayaks and SUP. There’s space for one vehicle on the driveway plus plenty of free and unlimited parking on the street.

The Neighborhood:
Kolora Lake is one of Yamba’s most peaceful pockets – a local favourite for walking, birdwatching and morning paddles. The neighbourhood is private and quiet, yet only minutes from Yamba’s beaches, cafés and restaurants. Bring your bike and explore. It’s a flat and easy ride into town for coffee or a swim at Main Beach.
Here, days drift between lake and sea, coffee and cocktails, sunrise and sunset. You’ll find yourself moving slower and breathing deeper... and that’s exactly how it should be.
Getting Around:
Yamba’s best spots are just a few minutes away by car or an easy cycle from the house. There’s plenty of parking if you’d rather drive and local taxi and courtesy bus services operate in town. Many guests choose to walk or ride – the terrain is flat, the air is fresh and every road leads somewhere beautiful.
