Getting Around:
We recommend that guests have access to a vehicle to make the most of the surrounding Gold Coast region. The property has a driveway with enough parking space for 4 cars, alternatively there is Street parking. Please note, the garage is not available for parking.

Safety: Please note this apartment is on the waterfront. There is also a pool on the property, and the master bedroom ensuite includes a spa bath.
Estate Lake Policy: There is a lake on the estate where non-motorised vessels are allowed (e.g. kayaks, stand-up paddleboards etc).
Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups of travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved.
