Waterfront Britannia is a young and fresh coastal holiday home, with Five bedrooms, yes 5 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms spread over 2 floors, you will have the space you need when you want to be on your own.
Bedding Configuration
Bedroom 1 – Queen Bed, ensuite, walk-in-robe, and private balcony with views over the lagoon.
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed.
Bedroom 3 – Twin, King Single beds for the taller guys in our life.
Bedroom 4 – Single bunk Beds, plus a trundle bed.
Bedroom 5 - Double Bed (Downstairs) Nb. There is no full bathroom downstairs. Only a Powder room.

* Kitchen - Galley style incl. Coffee pod machine with enough pods and milk to prepare a pick-me-up coffee on arrival, Plumbed Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave, Electric oven & gas stove top.
* Dining - Hand crafted in Byron Bay, your beautiful recycled timber dining table seats 8 comfortably.
* Family Room - Smart TV. Sofas & Pouffes.
Laundry – Brand new washing machine (detergent supplied) & outdoor drying space. Iron, ironing board, basic cleaning equipment, airing rack.
Lounge space at the front of the house is overlooking the court yard. Lounge leads into the Pool/snooker Room
Home theater - with DVD player, Smart TV, Surround Sound and full block-out blinds. There are 2 big sofas for everyone to lounge all over while you have your all night movie sessions.
Games Cupboard with jigsaw puzzles, board games, bocce, magazines & books will keep you entertained when you can't be outside.
Outdoors
- Kayaks, jetty, and pontoon with mooring facilities for your boat when you want to head to the river. The lagoons are freshwater for swimming and kayaking.
- 4 burner BBQ with wok burner & dining table to seat 6 plus bar style bench overlooking your yard, pontoon, Strangways Lagoon and the bird sanctuary island.
Sheltered in a quiet lagoon of the Coorong Quays, Hindmarsh Island, at the end of the Murray River. It is just a 5-minute drive over the bridge from historic Goolwa, Goolwa Beach & the south coast. The river in this area is wide so fabulous for sailing and water activities. Don't forget to bring your swimming gear if you want to swim at the beach or use the pontoon for lagoon swimming/SUP etc.
