Downstairs:
Upon entry there is a large bedroom with a king bed with direct access to the downstairs bathroom. Perfect for a second parents retreat or guests who prefer not to climb stairs during there stay. Towards the back of the house boasts a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area perfect for entertaining and enjoying the outlook over the canals. With large open doors to the patio the space can really open up for a variety of outdoor and indoor living and dining options. The main living room has a smart TV for the lazy days or to entertain the kids. Whist the second living is a perfect spot with direct views to the canals for your morning coffee or afternoon wine and cheese. This house has it all! The entertainment room has air-hockey, foosball and a double sofa. Perfect for the kids, or the adults that are a child at heart.
When you’re not at the beach, swim in the pool which also has a heated spa. Or whip up lunch and dinner with the help of the gas barbecue and al-fresco dining area. Also a perfect stop to sit down with a glass of wine and enjoy the evening away.

Pets are more than welcome for an addition $100 pet fee, however, we ask that you please clean up after them thoroughly. This includes inside and outside areas. Please keep your pets off the furniture and especially off the beds. It can often be hard to get animal smells out of the sheets and we want to be able to keep offering pet availability to future guests with fresh linen.
Should these rules not be followed you will be charged an additional $200 cleaning fee.
MUSIC:
There is to be no loud music at this property. The property is situated in a quiet residential estate and on the canals. Noise travels extremely easily across the canals. Please at the respect of our neighbours keep music to a normal talking level. Quiet times are from 7pm - 8am
POOL and OUTDOORS
Enjoy the pool and outdoor dining, its a fantastic space. To be considerate to our neighbours pool hours are between 8am and 8pm. If you are using the outdoor area later than 7pm please consider your noise levels. Being on the canals noise travels very easily.
SAND
If you are arriving back from the beach please ensure that you removed excess sand from your feet.
PETS:
We love being able to provide this property as pet friendly, however we ask you respect the following rules so we can continue to provide this for future guests
- CLEAN UP after your pet, inside and out. Vacuum any excess fur from inside the house.
- No pets in the bed please. I know some of you are ok with this, however other guests with no pets are not. It can be hard to remove pet smell from the sheets
- Keep pets off the furniture
If any of the above rules are not followed we charge an extra fee of $200 for professional carpet and couch cleaning
