The house is brand new featuring a luxurious King Size main bedroom with ensuite, and two queen-size bedrooms with an adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom has it's own balcony with views over the suburb to the city. The third bedroom uses a high end queen size sofa bed if you prefer to convert it each day.
Downstairs there is a Chef quality kitchen with 5 burner gas stove and 900mm oven. These are beautifully presented with a large ceaser- stone island including a breakfast bar, separate dining area, and a living area, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The living area is equipped with a TV, and a HiFi system with Bluetooth functionality.
Open the floor to ceiling sliding doors and you will have a large deck with outdoor setting and Zielger & Brown BBQ perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi throughout the house and beat the heat with central ducted air conditioning and heating. Also downstairs is the Powder room which doubles as the laundry if required.
