Welcome to our beautiful holiday home!
This comfortable home provides two separate living areas, a fully equipped Chefs kitchen, a sensational alfresco with BBQ, an outdoor potbelly for the winter months, a pool table and so much more.
The chefs kitchen has a huge island bench, induction cooking, kettle, toaster, Nespresso pod machine, family sized fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, rice cooker, slow cooker, crab pot, serving platters, a limited pantry and so much more.
The dining has seating for 8. The main living has a 85inch 8K Samsung TV, DVD player and comfortable seating. The seperate formal lounge has a leather modular with a 55inch 8K Samsung TV, DVD and a large range of DVD's to watch.
The house has its own little private pebble beach and boat landing, perfect if you are bringing your own boat. We can comfortably accomodate a 7m boat.
Relax with our uninterrupted water views of both the canal and of the estuary.
The alfresco has a beautiful seating area, plenty of dining space, a BBQ, pot belly stove, hammock, pool table, table tennis and totem tennis in the lawn.
Enjoy the dolphins, pelicans and other water birds, go for a row in the dinghy, a paddle on the wave ski or kayaks, throw in a crab pot, try your hand at fishing or just put your feet up...
We also have a good range of books, board games and jigsaw puzzles.
We don't have wifi but with all that you will have a great 'unplugged' holiday.

10kms to Pinjarra which boasts cafes, supermarkets, antique stores, boutiques, the Pinjarra Bakery (world famous pies) an Historic Homestead, golf course, winery and a small zoo.
House Rules
It is expected that guests MUST leave the house clean and tidy. There is a mop, vacuum and all cleaning products required to do this. If the house is not cleaned there is a cleaning fee associated. This enables us to keep the costs down for your benefit.
Please be aware that this home is nestled in a tranquil community and as such we ask that there are no Parties or functions. The maximum occupancy is 10 people by arrangement.
Strictly NO Schoolies
Pets are allowed by arrangement.
Linen is not provided and guests will need to bring their own sheets and (flat and Fitted), pillow cases and towels. Pillows, blankets, doonas and quilts are provided.
Tea towels are provided. Beds are 2 x Queen and 4 x Single.
Please bring your own firewood for the outdoor pot belly.
