Negative: Sofa bed was not made up. Extra bedding for sofa bed was located in cupboard with a spare duvet in main bedroom which we washed first as it was not clean one spare pillow. The point of the plate on the iron was broken off and there was not a full size iron board. minimal towels provided. plates, glassess, cups need replacing
