3 mins to a pristine quiet beach, 5 min to Brunswick Heads & 12min to Byron
This bright & breezy home is spacious and comfortable with the added luxury of Air conditioning throughout , & a luxury outdoor SPA.
Master bedroom features a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.
A second bedroom features a queen size bed and chest of drawers, and the third bedroom features king singles and large wardrobe. A large shared bathroom between the bedrooms features a large shower and sink with large vanity. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans with the twin bedroom having air-conditioning. A large outdoor bath and shower is nestled in a private garden, perfect for a soothing holiday soak.
The airconditioned spacious open plan living area features comfortable sofas, large smart television with Netflix and other streaming channels. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need (and more) to easily prepare meals and snacks, to serve at the dining table. The electric oven and hob are full-size, and there is a coffee machine, fridge, freezer, all crockery, serving dishes, and cutlery.
There is also a snug area, perfect for reading, a kids play area or doing a spot of work.
A large veranda runs the length of the house and enjoys lovely ocean breezes. Comfortable seating and a fully equipped BBQ ensure a great coastal holiday.
A separate laundry features a washing machine, with hanging lines outside for quick, sustainable drying.
All windows and ranch sliders in the house feature insect screens affording great cross ventilation in the house.
The house is solar powered so best to do laundry in daytime sunshine hours if possible to reduce carbon footprint.
The house is equipped with fresh hotel linen & high quality Eco friendly tolietries - to ensure a comfortable stay.
PARKING - 2 cars on the driveway plus free street parking on the grass verges.
Ocean Shores shopping centre is only a 1 minute drive. You will find a great cafe, restaurant and independant stores, as well as a Coles.
New Brighton beach & Yum Yum Tree cafe only a 3 min drive.
Brunswick Heads only 5min drive.

Please note that the studio below the house is occasionally occupied. This has its own private entrance and access and will not affect your stay. The garage is also not useable during your stay as it stores the owners car inside. There is however plenty of parking out the front and on the driveway.
