Featuring brand-new luxury Sealy beds, several of the beds can be zipped together, giving you the option of spacious king beds for couples or separate singles for children and family members.
When the coast calls, pack the swimmers and head out to discover the beaches and sparkling waterways of Port Stephens. Spend the day building sandcastles, swimming or exploring Nelson Bay before returning to the estate for a refreshing dip, a relaxed dinner and a peaceful night in. With single-level living and ducted air conditioning, it is easy to unwind throughout the seasons.
Located directly across the road from Valhalla Wedding Venue and Café, The Coastal Palms Estate is also a wonderful base for a wedding stay. Enjoy the excitement of getting ready together, capture beautiful bridal photographs against the palms and picturesque grounds, then head across to celebrate the special day.
IMPORTANT VISITOR INFORMATION
While this beautiful property is perfectly positioned opposite Valhalla Wedding Venue & Café and provides a stunning setting for bridal preparation and pre-wedding photographs, this property is not an event hire venue and wedding events, receptions, ceremonies or gatherings are strictly not permitted onsite.
Under no circumstances may the number of people at the property exceed the approved booking and bedding capacity. No additional visitors are permitted at any time.
If you are planning to have a photographer, makeup artist, hairdresser or any other wedding supplier attend the property while you are getting ready, they must be included on the guest list at the time of booking and approved prior to arrival in order to be permitted on the premises.
The wedding or event itself must take place offsite. The property is available strictly as holiday accommodation for the registered guests included in the booking.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 10 adults & 2 Children. The sofa bed that will be added to accommodate 2 children ($100), total maximum guest 12.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas and pillows are also supplied.
Additional costs when booking:
Sofa Bed (children only) $100 per booking which includes towels and linen hire. Please note sofa bed is located in the sun-room, located off the outside undercover area. You will need to exit the main home to gain entry to the attached sun room.
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.
BOND - $2000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.
All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification
CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.
NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.
