Enjoy this original 1920 Queenslander right on Burleigh Beach for a swim or surf. Wake up to the amazing sunrise and spectacular views of the beach and Gold Coast skyline. Leave your car at home and enjoy the short walk past the fragrant pinetrees on the Burleigh foreshore, past parklands for picnics & BBQ's or have the option of ocean front dining which you'll swear the fish on your plate has jumped straight out of the water. Then amble your way through the funky cafes and shops on the way home.. Whilst keeping up the classic feel of a 1920 Queenslander with wooden floors and high ceilings, the house has been recently fitted with updated fixtures and fittings. Having use of the entire house which is open plan lounge, dinning area, fully equipped kitchen and laundry on the main level. Next to the king bedroom with ensuite and a double loft bedroom and bathroom. The downstairs has a second lounge/TV area, with kitchenette, and the third (Queen) bedroom and bathroom. The large enclosed front verandah overlooks Burleigh beach and the surfers skyline. The decked patio out the back is tranquil and private with BBQ and seating area. Foxtel is provided in the main lounge room and WiFi is throughout the house.
