Positive: Fantastic house with everything you can imagine. Well equipped kitchen household products, ie sugar, tea, coffee, glad wrap, paper towel etc. Games room was a bonus although remote for spilt system was not working so again super hot.

Negative: Didn’t realise it was 1 of 9-10 on the block, so thought at time of booking house was single standing with backyard pool. In saying that the communal areas were excellent and pool super clean and accessible. I did have to go buy toilet paper as a staycay for 3 families and 4 nights 6 rolls wasn’t going to cut it. I also had to buy batteries for the remote control for the TV in one of the masters. There could’ve been more long life milk too. For the price we paid I think the maintenance staff should check supplies and remotes for batteries and communicate to the owner. Spilt systems in 2 back rooms would have been a bonus as afternoon sun and heat made it difficult to sleep. The fridge smelt of fish which was really offensive. Just a note to maintenance staff. Had an unannounced visit from maintenance staff who accessed the side gate to take out recycle bin but did not forewarn us. A suggestion that people staying be responsible for taking bins out on allocated days or owner to let people staying know in advance when to expect the maintenance staff.
