The House is light and bright with two comfortable lounge areas, two fireplaces, a new air conditioner, three comfortable bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, two toilets, a Laundry with a washing machine, and a modern kitchen with been fully set up for guests to self-cater. Nearby Bellerive is a shopping hub with many restaurants, boutiques, cafes and the Eastlands Shopping Centre filled with chain stores and major supermarkets.
Tas Retreat is extremely well-situated, Only a short 6km commute into the CBD. On weekdays the Derwent Ferry network operates regular water taxis from the Bellerive Pier directly to Brooke Street Pier where you can conveniently take the camo ferry out to MONA.
