An attractive open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area is most suitable for family living. An outdoor portable gas BBQ is available for guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed and built in robes, and the second bedroom has a double bed. There is a sunroom/sleep-out at the rear of the house with a double bed, single trundle, and a second TV and DVD player . The house boasts a spacious bathroom/toilet, and an additional separate toilet. Up to 8 guests can be comfortably accommodated. There is a large double carport, with plenty of undercover space for your boat and vehicle. Plus there is a single garage with internal entry & drive through access to fully fenced rear yard. The front yard is also fully fenced, so that children can play outdoors under shelter. There are two boat ramps for small to medium sized boats just 2 minutes away, and for larger boats the main ramp is just a 3-4 minute drive. Fish cleaning facilities are also located at the main boat ramp in Spenser Street.
