Welcome to our super sweet one bedroom studio with one Queen sized bed, a separate fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom, with wi-fi included.
This studio is brand new. Located on the downstairs floor of a large home in one of Canberra's newest suburbs, Whitlam, this studio is fully self-contained and separate from the rest of the home.
There is A/C & heating. Ample free street parking is also available.
The kitchenette includes: cooktop, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, microwave, proper sink and lots of cupboard space.
The bathroom contains a toilet, vanity & sink, shower and washing machine.
Entry to the studio is off to the side of the house, so privacy is afforded.
Guests have full and exclusive use of the whole studio. The only shared space is outside, when walking to your car via the front yard.
