'Sunset on the Hill' is the ideal in luxury, modern living. The home is elevated to give beautiful bay glimpes over the trees, whilst being an easy walk to the Rye front beach and shops. It is also a short drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs, golf courses and wineries.
This fantastic spacious family home has 5 bedrooms (3 upstairs and 2 downstairs), 3 bathrooms (one with a bath), and multi zones with 2 living rooms (2 large TVs with Foxtel, one with a PlayStation2), a reading area and fantastic outdoor spaces. There is an open planned kitchen (coffee machine and dishwasher) and dining area with a 10 seater dining table and this area opens out onto the front deck which has an outdoor table and views over the treed canopy to the bay. The rear has a BBQ and large spa which is fantastic for relaxing and unwinding after you have had a game of table tennis and there's even an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. With all this space it comfortably accommodates 2-3 families.
There's ducted heating throughout and air conditioning units both upstairs and downstairs to make your stay comfortable at any time of year. There is a laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer. There is also free WiFi.

Upstairs - master bedroom - king sized bed, ceiling fan, BIR, ensuite (opens out to the deck with beautiful views)

Downstairs - 4th bedroom - 1 set of king single bunks and 1 king single bed (ie sleeps 3 people)
Downstairs - 5th bedroom - tri bunk (ie double bed on the bottom and single bed on the top)
Bed linen and bath towels are included for all bookings (surcharge applies).
