Mello’s Shack is a light and airy mid-century retreat situated in the quiet and leafy backstreets of Tootgarook, away from the summer traffic and an easy drive from the city. It’s our home: full of vintage furniture and things that we’ve collected on our travels, with a yard and living space set up for kids, dogs, or just yourselves to enjoy.
It has everything you need to feel comfortable, like a full kitchen (um, hello Maldon sea salt), a mattress you won’t want to leave, dreamy bed linen, and hommey bath-towels.
The yard is fully secure for dogs and our garden grows by the week. Enjoy your morning coffee and that northern sun on the oversized outdoor bench. After the days adventures, open up the many windows and breezy sliding doors to cook up a BBQ, jump in the outdoor 4-person infrared sauna or try your hand at the pizza oven.
