Ensuring you have the most beautiful stay possible. --- THE LOGISTICS - ROOM CONFIGURATION ~ Booking 1-2 people = access to 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom only Booking 3 to 4 people = access to 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (entire loft) --- THE LAYOUT ~ The Loft features a unique layout, built in 'reverse' to harness treetop living & maximise the peaceful roof terrace ~ bedrooms on the ground floor. Living on the first floor. --- GROUND FLOOR ~ Sleeps 4 Hotel quality towels & linen with organic / low tox pillows, blankets & quilts where possible. - Master Bedroom - featuring King Bed, walk in robe and access to ensuite bathroom. - Ensuite bathroom - featuring walking large shower, 2 basins & toilet - Bedroom 2 - featuring king bed - can be split into single beds on request. - Main bathroom - includes full size bath for ultimate relaxing, walk-in shower, basin & toilet. --- FIRST FLOOR ~ Open plan living circulating around a central internal courtyard. - Full size kitchen fully equipped with integrated fridge and dishwasher, stainless steel cooking utensils, automatic barista coffee machine with ethical beans from Dawn Patrol Coffee, organic loose leaf teas and breakfast bar for perching. - Lounge Room curated with beautiful furnishings from all over the globe, many of which are vintage. At night the beautiful array of lamps and wall lights set the perfect evening mood. Smart TV for movie watching and full dining table to enjoy meals by yourself or with friends. Perch on the plinth and watch the trees dance away in the wind. - Laundry & powder room with washer and dryer, toilet & sink. - Roof Terrace; Access the Roof terrace from the rear door - step into views that overlook North Adelaide roof tops. Swinging chairs available for your daydreaming pleasure. Studio Loft One is all yours! Our front door is right on beautiful Tynte street. Key pad by the front gate to unlock gate and front door simultaneously (push each door open). --- THE LOGISTICS - ROOM CONFIGURATION ~ Our base price is for one bedroom (1-2 guests sharing 1 bedroom). Please increase guest numbers if you require an additional bedroom. Additional bedrooms or bathrooms with be closed off by default. For 1-2 guests please specify if you would prefer the ensuite bathroom (no bath) or main bathroom (with bath) we will lock the additional bathroom. Booking 1-2 people = access to 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom only Booking 3 to 4 people = access to 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (entire loft) Ensuite (no bath) & Bathroom (with bath) - when booking for 1-2 people one of these bathrooms will be locked. Please specify you preference. --- PARKING Please note while you can find street parking it is timed, especially during the week (1 & 2 hour parking). If you are interested in secured garage parking, we can provide you with direct access to an adjacent parking garage. Available for purchase prior to your stay, through Studio Loft for $20 per day. --- GENERAL INFORMATION Your adjoining neighbour is Studio Loft Two. Even though you are private from one another you may hear your neighbours when enjoying the roof terrace and front balcony - part of the fun of inner-city living - say hello and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the streets below. Being that the bedrooms are on the ground floor and living on the first floor joined by a single staircase this property may not suit those with mobility issues and very small children. It's hard to not have a great affection for North Adelaide; The heritage streets & European architecture, cafe culture & people people watching, leafy green avenues & parklands such as local Wellington Square. Good wine & good food it's a perfect base. Find a local pub and enjoy afternoon wine sipping. You can walk to the beautiful botanical gardens or Adelaide Zoo, wander along the river or pop over the bridge to the city centre. For all those footy fans; Adelaide Oval is just a stone's throw away. Walking & taking in the architecture, texture & local streets is our favourite. There is parking on surrounding streets however it is mostly 1 or 2 hour limit. We offer paid secure parking on the adjacent parking garage, for a daily fee, which is just to the rear of the Lofts . There is a free city bus that circles North Adelaide and the city centre which is a great way to get around. Scooters are another favourite with the locals. Please note due to staircase Studio Loft One is possibly not suited to very small children and those with mobility issues.
