Lovely 4 bedroom brick home is in the heart of the medical precinct. Right across the road from Calvary Hospital and a minute stroll to the WAGGA Base Hospital. Located in Central WAGGA, the house is a short distance to the CBD. The property has been recently renovated- with new bathroom, flooring, lighting, and paint throughout. For your comfort we provide a fully furnished house, plus a secure garage and large backyard.
We have considered everything we enjoy while travelling and have matched our house against these expectations. We know you will love this beautiful home as much as we do.
Guests have access to the entire house, without interruptions from us, unless you need our assistance. The house includes a fully equipped:
Kitchen (including microwave, Nespresso
Coffee machine and pods , toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, sandwich press, electric frypan, stove and cooktop, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery)- this provides an option for preparing your own meals if preferred. All brand new appliances. Otherwise, the house is located close by great cafes and restaurants.
Food- we supply some food (with a focus on breakfast) including a variety of teas, coffee, cooking oil, fresh and UHT milk, small cereal packs, salt and pepper, butter, vegemite, peanut butter, baked beans and biscuits
Laundry (washer, washing liquid, fabric softener, a dryer, iron and ironing board) - again, all brand new appliances.
2 large newly renovated Bathrooms with towels, soaps, shampoos, hairdryer, hair straightener, toothpaste.
The 3 large rooms all have comfortable queen beds and a sofa bed is provided for additional visitors. The smaller room includes a single bed and a portacot if travelling with bub (a high chair is also available). The space is great for a family, but the price is great for a single person as well.
For professionals or those who are working away from base, there is a dedicated work space, with desk and comfortable chair- plus free high speed wifi and a device charging station.
You are welcome to use the locked garage to park your vehicle. The backyard is large and includes an outdoor dining setting.
For your comfort there is a new ducted air conditioning system supplying all rooms along with a ceiling fan in the main bedrooms. For colder months, there is ducted heating throughout.
The 3 main bedrooms each have built in robes and hangers are available.
As a family friendly property, we are also pleased to supply kids books, art pads and a pencil case full of crayons and pencils, some kids DVDs, Netflix (along with a smart tv), kids toys (including some toys for bubs) and some board games.
Pets are also welcome, however only in the secure backyard (not inside the house).
Security- there is a ring video doorbell installed at this property. The ring video record visitors to the property. It records movement on the front porch and in the front yard only. The doorbell is primarily installed for security purposes when the property is vacant. There is no need for guests to use or ring the doorbell.
