SRI MENANTI 'tarry a while' cottage is located on 72 hectares at IMPIANA 'dream' estate overlooking Apollo Bay, along the Great Ocean Road.
Impiana adjoins pristine rainforest in Victoria's beautiful Otway Ranges. It boasts picturesque landscapes, and magnificent elevated ocean views.
If you've ever wanted to know what it feels like to have a bedroom in the sky, look no further!
It is definitely the place to hit the pause button. This is a fairytale location perched on top of the hills with an uninterrupted view to Apollo Bay. Enjoy the inspiring views curled up in the bay window in front of the wood fire, or meander across the paddocks to connect with nature and spot the local wildlife.
Feel free to meander over the paddocks while you visit the cows, or search for the resident koala amongst the native trees, and spot wallabies and countless birdlife. Follow the mysterious and meditative labyrinth path in the garden between Pelangi and Sri Menanti.
Pack a picnic to explore the farmland, prepare a meal in the well equipped kitchen to enjoy by the cosy wood fire, or light up the BBQ and watch the sunset from the verandah. On a clear night you will enjoy some spectacular star gazing.
Visit the local attractions, the walking trails and waterfalls of the Otways, or engage in the many recreational activities this region has to offer. The Otway Fly rainforest canopy observation deck is about 25 kilometres away. Slow down and take your time, as the the drive there is through spectacular rainforest. The swimming and surfing beaches at Skenes Creek and Apollo Bay are a short drive away. Learn to surf at Apollo Bay, go surf fishing, or try spotting the magnificent Southern Right Whales along the Coast (from May to October).
Sri Menanti sleeps 4 comfortably in 2 bedrooms. Both rooms have queen beds. There is one bathroom including a laundry. Linen and towelling is supplied.

Our bookings carry a minimum charge of 3 nights on weekdays. You are also welcome to stay for just two nights. The prices are very competitive so it is still great value - Our guests often use the extra night's availability as a late afternoon checkout for the previous day. They enjoy the whole day at Sri Menanti and leave in late afternoon.
