Charming big spacious older style 2 storey beach-house backing on to the beach with your own beach path through the tropical garden. Polished timber floors, with a beautiful Bali feel.
Character-filled eco-chic family friendly home nestled behind the dunes in one of the BEST POSITIONS in Sawtell. This big comfy beach house offers a stainless steel kitchen with a gas cooktop, a 10 seater dining table, relaxing open-space living area downstairs with a ROMANTIC double Bali bed. . And a PIANO!
We are not 50 shades of grey marble, we are comfy and quirky. The Big House has 3 decks/balconies, and 2 bathrooms plus an outside hot shower for after-swims. Free wifi.
Upstairs: 2 romantic Q bedrooms with joint ensuite with shower and bath. The adjacent rumpus room with lounge, TV, has a king single bed, a single day-bed, another outside daybed on the top balcony, 2 decks and lots of room to spread out. The Double Bali bed downstairs in an enclave of the downstairsspace. So two enclosed queen bedrooms and 3 beds in open rooms.
YOUR OWN BEACH PATH at the bottom of the garden to gorgeous Sawtell beach with rock pools, headland and surf. A hot/cold outside shower when you get back.
Cafes, pubs and boutiques , and a MOVIE THEATRE all a short stroll in fabulous Sawtie main st.. Tennis, golf, lawn bowls, famous rock pool, surf club, and a much loved Movie Theatre reopened, all a short stroll away.
Luxurious Bali styled garden has our Buddha Bar hut, and yr path to Sawtell beach.
