The property is split over two levels. On the upper level are all five bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed and contains two WIRs and an ensuite. Bedroom 2 has a king single bed with a BIW and is located next to a study. Next are bedroom 3 and 4, which both have BIW, desks and queen-sized beds. The main bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and large corner bath. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 open onto the upstairs north facing balcony, where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Bedroom 5 has a king single bed, BIW and a desk.
Please note:2 additional king single mattresses are available upon request to sleep a total of 10 guests, these will be placed on the floor in existing bedrooms.
Downstairs you are greeted with a fully equipped kitchen and dining, laundry, additional toilet and spacious open plan living, which flows outside to the large undercover outdoor entertaining area. There is also a separate study/ TV room.
Spend relaxing afternoons luxuriating in the pool and spa. And, in the cooler months, cosy up by the gas fireplace. Enjoy playing board games with family and friends in the open plan lounge and dining area or if you prefer, the children can entertain themselves in the study/ TV room, play basketball, bounce the hours away on the trampoline or explore the coastal bike tracks.
This property has gated access to McCauley Park. You can while away the time playing soccer, netball or cricket in the nets. Or if you prefer a game of tennis or bowls, Thirroul Club, is only a short walk across the park.
Relax and take in the sunshine from the north facing backyard and upstairs balcony or make your way to one of the local beaches. The most difficult decision is which beach to go to. McCauley’s beach is 380 metres away. With Sandon Point, Thirroul, Austinmer and Bulli beaches only a couple of minutes drive away, you can swim, run or enjoy a nice walk along the water’s edge.
