The Space:
Settle into a lifestyle suited to sun, surf and sandy feet at this beautiful beachy retreat in Buddina. Inviting family and friends to catch up and thrive in the coastal climate, this home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living-areas and a great garden perfect for children and pets to play. Situated in a secluded street in Buddina, this coastal home is an awesome abode appointed specifically for holiday makers.
Upon entering, you will arrive in the air-conditioned living space that extends into the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge room. Characterised with modern furnishings and high quality appliances, the kitchen features a butlers pantry, island bench seating and an abundance of utensils. Across from the kitchen is the dining space that is complete with a six-seater dining table. Comfortable and cosy, the living space caters completely to movie nights, card games and relaxing in general with its smart TV and comfortable couch. This space is also equipped with an old school arcade game that is perfect for entertaining the kids (and the big kids at heart!).
The downstairs of the home is complete with three of the four bedrooms and the main bathroom.
Bedroom one is located at the front of the home and features a plush queen-sized bed, a ceiling fan and a built-in wardrobe.
