THE SPACE
Located a stone's throw from the beach, this spacious holiday home will not disappoint. It’s a perfect place to make memories with your family with plenty of room for the kids to play, and it’s big enough for extended family or friends to share comfortably.
It’s just 250m to YCW Beach which has a fun surf break and fascinating rock pools to enjoy year-round. It’s the less hectic sister of Smiths Beach, which is just 600m from the home if you prefer a patrolled beach in the summertime. Sunset strolls will become the perfect way to end your day.
This beautiful home is spread over four levels; the ground floor contains a laundry and powder room. Up 8 steps to the 1st floor, you will find the large Rumpus room (with smart TV and Blu Ray) and three bedrooms (all with BIR), as well as the large main bathroom (with bath & shower) and a separate toilet. Up another 8 steps to the rest of the 1st floor, is the huge open plan kitchen/dining/family room (with DVD player & smart TV) which leads out to the large wrap-around balcony. Up a further 7 steps to the 2nd floor, you will find the Master bedroom with TV, WIR and en-suite (with shower and toilet).
The large upstairs wrap-around covered balcony provides a lovely place to sit and enjoy the fully enclosed yard. The layout of the home has created a huge undercover area in the yard and there is a hot and cold water outdoor shower to wash off from the beach.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.
We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.
