Riverbank is located on the banks of the stunning Wilson Inlet between the town of Denmark and Ocean Beach with a unique and rare direct access to the waterfront from the rear gate.
Enjoy breathtaking views across the water from the open plan living, kitchen and dining areas which flow to the entertaining deck. Capture spectacular sunrises and amazing full moons over the Nullaki Peninsula.

Our house has a spacious floor plan encompassing two living rooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house and a seperate studio bedroom. An open plan lounge/TV room with a well appointed kitchen, dining room and second living area opens to a large entertaining deck with a gas BBQ and seating for outdoor entertaining.
Bedrooms:
Master - King bed with ensuite and large dressing room
Second - King bed and adjacent bathroom
Seperate Studio - King bed (few meters from the house)
The house has NBN, WIFI, a bluetooth speaker and complimentary NETFLIX for you to enjoy.
There is a seperate laundry with washing machine, outside clothes line and internal drying rack.
The home has two R/C air conditioners, ceiling fans and a wood combustion fire to enjoy in the cooler months. Please note there is no fireguard.
Please enjoy the books around the house, binoculars to watch the abundant birdlife and games in the cabinet in the lounge room. A beach umbrella is in the laundry for your use.
There are two bikes with helmets and two kayaks in the big shed for guests to use at their own discretion.
All linen, bath towels, shower and hand wash is provided.
We are bike, sporting and boating friendly with a large shed/workshop adjacent to the house for you to store your car, boat and equipment.
Riverbank is a short drive to the centre of town where you can browse unique boutiques and do your grocery shopping, and 4 kms to Ocean Beach. The area is surrounded by forest and iconic coastal landscapes including the Bibbulmun track, William Bay and Greens Pool. Walk up nearby Monkey Rock to have a breathtaking view across farm land and forest to the sea. Visit and enjoy the many wineries, award winning restaurants, breweries and unique arts and craft businesses.
