Located in a quiet cul-de-sac and surrounded by mature trees the garden has been completely renewed and planted with vibrant tropical plants inspired by the 60's era from when the home was first constructed. This is the perfect home for your next beach escape.
The location cannot be beat. You can hear the ocean at night, situated across the road from the local soccer field and approximately 150 metres from Yum Yum Tree Cafe and New Brighton Store.
The 3 bedroom home has polished timber floors throughout, air conditioner in the main bedroom and living area and an amazing covered outdoor BBQ area and a firepit surrounded by tropical plantings.
The house has a 7kw solar system and grid connections sourced from Greenpower.
Park the car, dump the bags and grab your swimmers to head down the beach via a walking track located just next door.
Please Note: There is a separate studio located at the back of the property which is occupied by a quiet resident who keeps to himself.
