Summary: Our reservation was lost and although helpful there was too much mis-communication whether we had the room for the entire stay or were able to park our car … fo how long and when to return keys fo said parking. The parking situation is shocking and should be facilitated more for coming and going withiutbjavingntonpay full fee all the time
