In a perfect location of Port Elliot just 5 minutes walk from Horseshoe Bay, the local hotels, restaurants, cafes, boutique stores and much more! Port Elliot is the place to be. Large balcony to take advantage of the beautiful sea views across the large reserve and through the pine trees to Horseshoe Bay.
Downstairs consists of a casual meals and living area with flat screen smart television, Chromecast, portable heating and ceiling fan. Fully self-contained kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Queen size room and bathroom with spa bath, separate shower, toilet and hair dryer. Laundry with washing machine and drier. Access to the enclosed carport with off street parking, plus a sitting area on the side of the home with barbecue and outdoor seating.
On the second level, there is an open plan living area with flat screen TV, Chromecast, DVD player and reverse cycle air conditioner. Small wet bar area including bar fridge. 2nd and third bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with double bed and bunk. Second bathroom with shower, toilet and hair dryer.
