This home easily accommodates up to 2 families with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathroom and sleeps 9. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite with ocean views, whilst the second bedroom also has a queen, the third bedroom has twin singles and is on the upper deck with a shared bathroom. On the ground floor the fourth bedroom has a Queen bed and a single bed. there is a bathroom that serves this bedroom and downstairs living area. Also located on the ground floor is a laundry and a separate kids TV area. Walking out the back there is a large deck with BBQ and comfortable seating with sprawls onto a large grassed area.
The main level offers a superb, open plan chef's kitchen with granite bench tops, fully stocked including a electric oven gas hob and microwave oven, easily catering large groups. The huge 8 person dining suite is complimented by vaulted ceilings and light tuart wood floors throughout. A few steps above this area is the second sitting room with ample space for all the guests to relax, large screen Tv also with ocean views to the North.
The home's smart passive solar design combining orientation and design - makes it comfortable all year-round. In the warmer months, the house is equipped with fans and it is easy to welcome the sea breezes into the home via the perfectly-placed opening windows and sliding doors. While the winter months you will find guests snuggled up around the combustion fireplace.
Wineries, art galleries and the township are all within 10-minutes drive, making this a perfect location for a Margaret River holiday.
Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
