Otira Estate is an approximate 90 minutes’ drive from Melbourne and is situated on Phillip Island. We provide luxury accommodation on acreage overlooking Ventnor with views to the bay and surrounding area. The secluded property with its beautiful gardens is an escape from the stresses of city living. Perfect for large families and extended family as the property also boasts a two bedroom guest house as well.
Upon entering the property you are immersed by the open space overlooking the farm land and views out to the bay in the distance. This double storey property comfortably sleeps 14 guests.
The lower level consists of an open plan kitchen with all modern appliances opening up to the large deck with BBQ and outdoor setting overlooking the tennis court, walk through to the dining area with the large chandelier over the antique table setting for eight and then into the cosy lounge area. There are two bedrooms with ensuites and queen beds tastefully decorated with cushions and rugs, the laundry is situated on the lower level. Upstairs you will find three more bedrooms 1 with a queen and 1 single, bedroom 2 with a queen and bedroom 3 with 1 single there is a main bathroom and an ensuite on this level all bedrooms have beautiful views across the farm.
The guest house sleeps four guests and is located just metres away from the Main Residence with its sweeping views across the farm land and gardens. Featuring 2 bedrooms a central bathroom and a fully functional kitchen.
