The Space:
Built in 2010 by Selecta Homes, this beachside holiday home is nestled privately & snugly into the sand dune at Island Beach. The property boasts sea views from the top of the dune in front and is only a short stroll to the white sands of Island Beach. With a large open plan living area, the house opens up to a deck which can entertain up to ten people. Wallabies love this little prized nook and are guaranteed to be seen chilling out around ‘One One Two’. This relaxed shack is ideal for those wanting to relax ,walk the beach, swim, fish or have a base to explore the Island. There is plenty of room for cars and boat trailers.
The home equipped with all the essentials a family could need -wifi, a smart tv and Apple TV. Find the beds made on arrival with fresh towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and basics for cooking in the kitchen pantry.
Let the kids run free outside while the adults enjoy a glass of wine and a chance to relax on the deck. enjoy watching the very friendly wallabies and kangaroos come out at dusk. You can observe them up close from the deck as long as you're quiet so as to not scare them away.
There are four bedrooms. Three with queen beds and one with a tri bunk.
The house is a short 20km drive from the Penneshaw Ferry terminal.
