Bedding Configuration
Master Bedroom, Queen size bed with views to the sea, Point Lonsdale and the Heads. Walk in robes and an ensuite.
Bedroom 2 – Queen Bed, Built in robes, desk with views over a small garden.
Bedroom 3 – 2 sets of single bunk beds, desk, built in robes giving an option for 4 people to sleep.
Bedroom 4 (Downstairs) – Queen size bed with en-suite, hanging space and bag storage.
Sofa Bed – double sofa bed situated in the family room.
Main features:
Fully equipped kitchen with all the normal appliances, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge and large walk in pantry. The pantry has your basic items. Ample cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery to feed 12 or more. The kitchen also has an island bar which seats up to 4 people.
The dining room has a large glass square table designed for 8 but which can also seat up to 12 people (extra folding chairs in Master WIR)
There are 2 separate living areas: The main lounge room has seating for twelve including 2 large couches, cushioned seating and 2 of the best swivel chairs you would ever sit in allows you to take in the morning light, the exceptional views or enjoy the open fire. The room has games in a cabinet under the wide screen TV. In addition there is a separate family room upstairs towards the back of the house which seats 8 comfortably, complete with 2 couches, one being a sofa bed to sleep another 2 people as an option, you will find bedding in a triple door linen closet. A large Tessa swivel chair makes this room this room an option for the kids whilst the adults are in the lounge room. The room has a large TV, DVD player and a bunch of Wii games. It is a relaxing room, cooled by the AC in the summer or warm by central heating in the winter. A nice cosy room overlooking a lovely private courtyard.
Standard laundry facilities are available such as washing machine, dryer, ironing board and outside clothes line.
Bathrooms/Toilets
In addition to the ensuite to the master bedroom, there is also an en-suite to the downstairs queen bedroom. The property also has a full family bathroom and 2 separate toilets.
Outside
Outside entertainment areas include the front deck which has a full size bbq and a table which can comfortably sit 12. The views are breathtaking.
The private courtyard has a smaller bbq and a table suitable for 6. Surrounded by a lovely garden gives the guest an opportunity to getaway and relax. Sun umbrella’s are available if shade is wanted.
Parking:
A large double garage provides parking for 2, plenty of street parking but also an option of off street parking at the rear of the property. There is a large reserve at the rear of the house which gives the guests options of parking additional cars, boats temporarily
